Responsibilities:
- You are a Collision Estimator. Your primary purpose is to Sell & increase sales, Profitably!
- The Collision Estimator's job is to sell more work than the shop can comfortably handle.
- You are also a client advocate while working with the Insurance Adjusters to help manage your client's claims.
- Develop new referral sources while expanding the company's gross sales and growth.
- Establishes and maintains a good working relationship with customers, to encourage repeat business and referral opportunities.
- Educate & advise clients with repair expectations. Upsell opportunities observed and acted on.
- Oversees the shop's workflow system, and helps to ensure it is followed for expected correct sales goals & results.
Job Type:
- Full Time
- Monday - Friday ONLY 9am-5pm - Enjoy Life!
Pay Range:
- $45,600 per year - $48,000 per year
- Plus, Bonus plan
